PMAM IT Services Donates Food Supplies to the Poor Families

(Mumbai, India) Apr. 29, 2015  PM AM’s CSR unit distributed food supplies to the poor families residing at Bhandup east area. This activity was carried out on 18th and 25th April with the aim of helping the underprivileged people with nutrition enriched food supplies.

“Food is the most basic need, and then too, there are still many people around us who can barely manage to eat sufficient healthy food. Therefore, we decided to distribute food grains and other supplies to such families. PMAM IT Services has always contributed for the betterment of the society, and this is one of our efforts to help in evacuation of hunger and poverty”, said CEO of PMAM IT Services Mr. Pankaj Kumar.

Each package of food supplies had ½ Kg rice, 200 gm. Dal, and 250 gm. sugar. These packages were distributed to the underprivileged families by the CSR team of 20 PM AM employees. While speaking about this activity, Mr. Oniel Gracious, General Manager of PMAM IT Services, said, “Many poor people in our country go to bed hungry every night. This activity by our company is an attempt to try helping such people and ensure that they have enough supplies and resources to live a healthy life.”

Mr. Oniel Gracious further mentioned that the recipient families were very happy to receive the food items. They all thanked PMAM IT Services for the gift of food. He also said that PMAM IT Services has a strong commitment to contribute for the betterment of the society, and it will continue actively participating in such social activities.

The CSR team of PMAM IT Services regularly conducts many social activities. The company proactively organizes and participates in the social activities devoted to the cause. Previously, the company had organized a blood donation camp where several employees participated voluntarily. The company has also provided financial aid to provide educational supplies to the underprivileged children.

PM AM Distributes Clothes among the Underprivileged Children and the Needy

(Mumbai, India) Mar. 30, 2015  CSR unit of the PMAM IT Services distributed clothes to the poor children and the needy in the Vakola Bridge Slum area and at Bisleri Junction (Andheri East). This activity was carried out on 15th and 29th March, 2015 by a team of twenty members including CEO Mr. Pankaj Kumar and GM Oniel Gracious. As a part of its social responsibilities, PMAM IT Services regularly organizes and participates in the several activities aimed at upliftment of the society.

While speaking about this activity, Mr. Pankaj Kumar mentioned that “recognizing the unfortunate situations faced by the poor people, especially children, PMAM IT Services’ CSR Team decided to distribute the clothes and lend them a helping hand. These children are unable to purchase their clothes and belong to very poor background. Therefore, we decided to support them at times of need with compassion and kindness.”

“PMAM IT Services has a strong commitment to help and uplift the underprivileged sections of the society. I’m proud of many of our employees who volunteered in this social cause with strong belief of supporting and helping people in need” said Mr. Oniel Gracious.

Fund Raising for Kids Education

(Mumbai, India) Feb. 03, 2015  With the aim of giving an opportunity for a brighter future to the underprivileged children, employees of PMAM IT Services Pvt. Ltd. have undertaken fund raising activity within the organization. For underprivileged children, who do not have resources for education, the employees have collected more than Rs. 40,000/- from all departments of the organization. This money will be given to the ‘Kids Education Kit’ initiative of Umang Foundation.

While speaking about the motivation behind this activity, Mr. Pankaj Kumar, CEO of PMAM IT Services said “Our organization understands its responsibility towards the society and organizes many activities for its betterment. As we have joined hands with Umang Foundation to collectively work for a better tomorrow, our employees decided to raise fund for the Kids Education Kit, which is an education promoting activity of Umang. I am glad to inform you that our employees have given a helping hand to children for their education by collecting more than 40,000/- rupees within the organization itself. As primary education is still a distant dream for many children, more and more organizations should undertake such initiatives.”

Mr. Oniel Gracious, General Manager of PMAM IT Services, said “Children are the future of our country, and it is our responsibility to ensure that every child gets enough resources for studying. Unavailability of study material is one of the biggest reasons why children give up on education. The employees of PMAM IT Services have decided to help such underprivileged children and give them an opportunity to learn and succeed in life.”

Through this ‘Kids Education Kit’ initiative, study kits will be distributed in the schools located in Ulhasnagar, Kalyan, Vithalwadi, Ambernath, Airoli, Thane and nearby areas. This kit will include a set of notebooks, set of long books, pencils, pens, eraser, sharpener, ruler, compass box, geometry box, crayons, drawing book and kit holder bag. Since 2008, team Umang has distributed education kits in more than 20 schools.

The employees of PMAM IT Services have decided to organize such fund raising activities again in future to empower the children of our country with education and knowledge.

Team PM AM Joins Hands with Umang Foundation to Fight Social Causes

(Mumbai, India) Dec. 18, 2014  PMAM IT Services and Umang Foundation have team up to fight against the social causes and work for the betterment of society. As a part of this initiative, a blood donation camp was organized on 18th December, 2014. Around 35 employees of PMAM IT Services voluntarily participated in this initiative. Healthcare staff of Sir J.J. Mahanagar Raktpedhi, Bhayculla, Mumbai handled the responsibility of collecting blood. Rahul Hindalekar (Project Leader) took the initiative for this blood donation activity.

Speaking on the occasion, CEO of PMAM IT Services Mr. Pankaj Kumar said, “due to non-availability of blood, millions of lives are lost every year. Donating blood is a great way to serve humanity and save life of others.” He further mentioned that, PMAM IT Services understands its responsibility towards the society and commits to make a positive contribution at all levels of society.

In the coming months, PMAM IT Services will organize many social activities with Umang foundation. Mr. Pankaj Kumar said, “As a good corporate citizen, we will strive to meet the expectations of people. Through our social activities, we will make a contribution towards creating a better society to pass on to future generations.”

PM AM Appraised at CMMI Level 3 for Software Services in Mumbai, India
