The Sales Forecast Consolidated report presents the summarized expected revenue from product(s) sale in 30 – 60 – 90 day periods or above, for the selected lead owner in the hierarchy.

This report is generated on the basis of expected revenue amount and the expected closing date mentioned by the lead owner in each proposal dispatched to a lead.

For instance, in a proposal, if the expected revenue from the product sale is $5000 and the expected closing date is 10 days henceforth, the report would display the amount in the 1 – 30 days column.

The report displays, (1) company name, (2) proposed product, (3) expected revenue as per the mentioned Expected Closing Date in the proposal, (4) expected cumulative sub total revenue from a single lead, and (5) cumulative grand total revenue from all leads.

The report can be viewed in an MS Excel sheet or a .PDF file.

Note: As a user clicks the Company Name, the system displays the lead details in the lead details page.

To generate Sales forecast consolidated report:

1. Select Leads if you want to generate Sales Forecast Consolidated report for leads OR Select Accounts if you want to generate Sales Forecast Consolidated report for accounts.

2. Select user(s) from the hierarchy. You can also select a region, if you want to select user(s) from specific region.

3. Enter probability between 1.00-100.00 if you want.

4. Click on Submit.
