  • Lead: It is the storehouse of information regarding companies listed in the database. Database can be enriched with details of leads like address, contact numbers, Sic Description, invoices etc.
  • Create Lead: It helps in storing information about prospective customers. This critical aid forms the information base for many other applications within the automation tool. It also assigns the company to the user, makes phone calls and sends e-mails to the created lead.
  • View Hierarchy: It provides a quick picture of the sales tool hierarchy, which is created when a new user is added, up to the basic level.
  • Pending Calls: It is a quick reference tool that acts as a communication planner. This allows you to schedule your calls for the coming week and also view status of calls.
